Escrow.com has been selected as the Service Provider for escrow services and is the recommended method of payment for Mulligan Trading transaction. All MulliganTrading.com transactions processed through Escrow.com are protected up to $4 million. All escrow services are provided independently and exclusively by Internet Escrow Services(SM) (IES), one of the operating subsidiaries of Escrow.com. IES is fully licensed and accredited as an escrow company and is subject to compliance with all applicable escrow regulations, including the California Financial and Business Code. Escrow.com reduces the potential risk of fraud by acting as a trusted third party that collects, holds and disburses funds according to Buyer and Seller instructions. Escrow services are provided by a licensed and regulated escrow company. Escrow.com is the recommended transaction settlement service of many of the top names in eCommerce, including eBay and eBay Motors.

Summary of Transaction

1. Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the merchandise, sales price, and shipping information.

2. Buyer Pays Escrow.com The buyer wires purchase price to Escrow.com. Escrow.com verifies the payment.

3. SGS Third Party Inspection Completed Prior to Shipment SGS performs a condition report on the inventory which is limited to a visual inspection and verification of the item.

4. Seller Ships Merchandise – Upon inspection completion the seller is authorized to ship merchandise and submit tracking information. Escrow.com verifies that the Buyer receives the shipment.

5. Escrow.com Pays the Seller Escrow.com pays the Seller by the method selected by the Seller. The transaction is complete.
